About Penny

For over thirty years I have had the honor of helping hundreds of clients with their real estate needs in Central Ohio!  My areas of specialty are new construction and luxury home sales.  For over ten years I served as Vice President of a New Homes Marketing and Sales for a large brokerage so know how to make clients new home dreams come to reality!  As a charter member of The Central Ohio Luxury Home Network, I have a pristine reputation of working in that segment of the market as well.  I do truly love helping clients in all price ranges though!

I am the proud Mom to great kids now in their late 20s and living their best lifes in the mountains.  My daughter is an entrepreneur starting her own successful businesses in Colorado and my son followed in my footsteps as well as his Grandmothers and is a residential Realtor too!
